Every institution becomes what it is, thanks to all the persons that are part of it. This short sentence explains exactly the importance of the human factor in a company and CITIC recognizes the high relevance of this aspect, giving it the attention and care that it deserves.

 

In the last few years the team of our Technological Centre has experienced a large growth and at the present it is made up of more than eighty professionals with a degree. These professionals have a large experience and are highly qualified for the areas they are working in. The open and flexible mentality of our team members makes it possible to extend our objectives, making among others, the internationalisation of the Centre possible. Furthermore it is important to highlight the high level of involvement of our team members, demonstrating every day to be of inestimable value for the organization and its progress.

 

In CITIC we are aware of the importance of updating knowledge continuously, which is reflected through the Internal Training program of the Centre. This program allows the professionals in CITIC to develop their work in the Centre, to maintain a high level of updated knowledge in all related fields and to enlarge the objectives of their work, offering the Foundation the possibility to expand its horizon and to develop new and interesting projects at a high technological level.
